Oregon Student Technologist of the Year Award

TechStart in partnership with industry sponsors provides the Oregon Student Technologist of the Year Award. The goal of this award is to help bring Oregon students’ attention to the possibilities inherent in technology. This scholarship will be awarded to an Oregon high school senior interested in pursuing a career in technology. The student will receive a $4,000 scholarship to enroll in a college computer science or engineering program of his or her choice. A group of Oregon’s leading technology companies will be part of the evaluation process.

Eligibility requirements

  • Must be an Oregon high school senior.
  • Must pursue a post-secondary education in computer science, engineering or other technology-related field.
